Over five focused days, you’ll take clear, practical steps toward feeling more confident and consistent on camera.

Preparation

The only thing to do before we start is to download Telegram, either as an app on your phone or as a browser extension on your computer.
And to add

How the 5-day Sprint works:

We’ll use Telegram for the daily prompts, actions, my personal feedback, and community during the sprint.
Every morning (Amsterdam time), I'll add a video and PDF with the action we take that day.

It will take you around 15 minutes to watch the video and take inspired action.

You can do this at your best time of day, and I'll give you feedback on what you share in the group.


You'll also receive a daily email about that day's task. Make sure to check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see them.


Kickoff:

The weekend before we start, you’ll receive an email with the link to the private Telegram group, where you can introduce yourself and share your goals for this sprint.
Then on Monday, we kick off!
